I placed an order for Tangas, but received Briefs.
I sent a mail, waited 3 business days with no feedback and called the number in the site.
The lady that works with customer service was "unavailable".
I have sent a follow up mail again, with no response.
Now after 14 days of receiving an incorrect order Iam expected to do a review on the srvice?!
Ridiculous.

offer a clear explanation how to operate the on line purchase as there is nothing to explain how to complete the application up to payment.I was stuck when i only clicked one item instead of 6 thanks. Delivery was very good happy
