If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product to us and we will replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below. Please ensure you retain all packaging, and accessories to allow us in processing the return both in store and Online. This policy forms part of the Jockeysa terms and conditions.
The following steps should be followed when wanting to return a product.
Step 1: Request a return by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, within the first 14 days of receiving your purchase.
Step 2: Return the parcel using your preferred option:
Courier service: courier the parcel to us, the cost of the return is at your own cost. Also, the delivery of your replaced garment is at your own cost, unless the garment has a manufacturing fault then the cost of the return will be billed to Jockeysa.
As soon as we receive your return, we will be in contact with you.
You may call our Online Support Centre on 031 8331260 who will oversee the refund process. Orders may only be refunded to the payment method they were purchased on.
Promotional free or bundled items that were part of a purchase must also be returned.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on underwear bottoms
- Unfortunately, we will not return bra’s that do not have all the relevant tags and original packaging
- We cannot accept returns that are sent back to us after the 14 day returns policy period
- Delivery fees are non-refundable
- Unfortunately, Sale/Promotion items cannot be returned/exchanged.
- Items purchased over Black Friday cannot be returned/exchanged.

Or, you can return your goods, with the original invoice to any one of our Jockey stores.
When paying via credit card we offer exchanges when possible or refund the card used to place the order
