I did not receive my correct order. I ordered full briefs, but you delivered French cut. I do not want french cut. I does not fit my body. We contacted you several times via email and telephone. You admitted you made mistake and will send the correct full briefs. Then you said you do not have enough black ones and asked if you can send blue ones instead. I said I will accept all blue ones. But you are not fulfilling your promises. You are doing nothing. Today we phone again and now everyone is apparently on leave and no one can help. I am very upset with this bad service or rather NO service. I have paid, you have not delivered. Your employees seems to be incompetent or unwilling to do their job. Sending me wrong order and now not doing their job again in rectifying their mistake.
