Hi I placed my order 2 weekends ago. A week past, and I sent an email to follow up on my order. I received a reply to say my order was delivered, which it wasn't. I phoned on Friday, but was informed that I needed to phone back on Monday. Today, a courier company stopped at my house to collect an order, but it is me who is expecting an order. I phoned again, and the gentleman said he'll look into it. I still have not received any feedback which is rather disappointing. It's my first time ordering from Jockey online, and at this rate I'll never order online again.
