I ordered a 3 for 2 deal but only received the 2 packs I purchased ...the supplier is false advertising these deals

The fabric of the vests was the holy fabric which was not what I was expecting. The Jockey quality is always very good. Delivery was slow and no progress updates, I thought I had been scammed.
