I have ordered the build a pack . Firstly the order was delayed more than 2 weeks . Secondly they did not have enough stock to fulfil the order so they mix the build a pack , with my permission after me phoning them . Now I see one of the panties already have a whole in them .
Also bought pajamas , wanted to return . Returns are at your own cost and then they struggle to match the return with the order , even though they have all the details in an email .
Had to follow up on return replacement as no communication was received.
Much easier to buy from companies that is geared for online sales
