Good quality, poor service

The quality is excellent as always, the service though left me cold. I ordered 2XL Panties and received S, on returning it unopened I was told due to hiegene it could not be returned. Do you sell dirty panties? Still needing panties I subsequently replacement and received 1 packet 2XL and 1 packet S.
On receiving your confirmation email, I reponded immediately without success

Awful new design

The Plush Elastic waist band is a disaster. Rolls up into an forever impossible to straighten out little sausage even after first wear. Doesn't even straighten back after washing. Please bring back the tried and tested original Elastic waistband. I gifted some to a friend before I purchased mine. Same feedback.
